For his audition, Syrinx submitted the archived favorite C’mon Everybody! Clap Your Hands!, originally aired on September 19, 2010. He selected it because it showcased a diverse range of music and was, in his view, the best example of his skills at the time. Barbara was impressed even before it aired. During the broadcast, the audience response was overwhelming, and the mix even received a standing ovation from Sobel Nation artists. During his time at the station, Syrinx collaborated with Barbara on various projects, including managing social media, launching new stations, and introducing new shows.
